Shipping Coverage Area
Elite Double Sinks currently ships within the continental United States. At this time, we do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations. Our focus is to provide reliable, consistent delivery across the U.S. with trusted logistics partners.

Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email shortly after checkout. This confirms that your order has been successfully received and is being prepared for processing. If you do not receive this email, we recommend checking your spam folder or contacting our support team.

Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. During this time, we coordinate with our suppliers, verify product availability, and prepare your order for shipment. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

Shipment Notification & Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes your tracking information. This allows you to monitor your delivery in real time and stay informed on its progress from dispatch to arrival.

Estimated Delivery Time
Most orders arrive within 7–12 business days from the date of purchase. This includes both processing and transit time. Transit typically takes between 3–7 business days once the order has shipped. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and the size of the item.

Shipping Carriers
We partner with reputable carriers including FedEx, UPS, USPS, and specialized freight providers to ensure your order is delivered safely and efficiently. For larger or oversized items, freight shipping is used to provide secure transport.

Freight Deliveries
Certain large items are shipped via freight carriers and include curbside delivery. This means the item will be delivered to the nearest accessible point outside your home. Customers may be contacted in advance to schedule a delivery window for these shipments.

Delays & Exceptions
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, such as weather conditions, carrier issues, or high seasonal demand. If your order is affected, we will proactively notify you with updates. In the event an item is out of stock or requires additional time, we will contact you promptly with revised timelines and options.
