Returns & Exchanges Policy
Policy Overview
At Elite Double Sinks, we stand behind the quality of every product we offer. We understand that purchasing high-ticket items online requires trust, and our goal is to make that decision as comfortable and risk-free as possible. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with a straightforward and fair return or exchange process.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in new, unused condition and returned in their original packaging. All included parts, accessories, and documentation must be intact. Products that have been installed, used, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.
Return Window
Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Requests made after this window may not be accepted. We encourage customers to inspect their order promptly upon arrival to ensure everything meets expectations.
Return Shipping Responsibility
For returns not related to damage, defects, or order errors, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We do not charge restocking fees. If a return is approved, we can assist with a prepaid return label, and the cost will be deducted from the refund.
How to Start a Return or Exchange (RMA Process)
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team at support@coastalrideliving.com. Include your order number, a brief description of the reason for the return, and any relevant photos if applicable. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and a return authorization.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours for freight deliveries or within 15 days for small parcel shipments. We may request photos to assess the issue quickly. In these cases, Elite Double Sinks will cover all return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or full refund based on your preference.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled for a full refund if the request is made before the item has shipped. Once an order has entered processing or shipment, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the standard return process.
Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued within 7 business days. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method, and you will receive confirmation once the transaction has been completed. Original shipping costs are included in the refund.
Our Error vs. Customer-Initiated Returns
If a return is due to our error—such as receiving the wrong item, a defective product, or shipping damage—we take full responsibility, including all return shipping costs. For customer-initiated returns, such as changes of mind or ordering the wrong item, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Exchanges Process
If you would like to exchange an item, the process begins with a return request. Once the original item is approved for return, we will guide you through placing the replacement order. Customers are responsible for both return and reshipment costs unless the exchange is due to damage, defect, or error on our part.
